Step 1: Send an Enquiry

Upon the tour contract is signed, a payment of deposit is requested to be paid to us. Normally we ask for 20% to 30% of land tour fares and 100% China domestic transportation fares as the deposit. Your personal travel advisor will adjust the amount accordingly. The balance is to be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. For the urgent booking less than 30 days prior to the travel schedule, we will ask for the full payment once you confirm the tour.
Step 5: Get Final Document
After your tour booked and the deposit paid, we will start to make arrangements for all travel commitment according to the contract, including applying for necessary paper document and booking for air or train tickets and hotels ect. Your scancopied passport, Chinese Visa in larger size and other required personal document are suggested to email us at the earlier time, generally 20-30 days prior to the travel schedule. After all operation is worked out, we will email you a tour final document concerning full of travel arrangements information.
Step 6: Final Payment & Enjoy Your Tour
